Where does your hair come from?
All our hair is 100% human hair, ethically sourced and prepared in Vietnam. Our single-donor hair is collected from one person, so color and texture stay even from root to tip.
Do I need a stylist to wear your pieces?
No. Our clip-ins, ponytails, toppers and glueless wigs are designed to be put on and taken off at home. Most people get comfortable after a few tries.
How do I choose the right shade?
Send us a photo of your hair taken in natural daylight, without flash, and we'll recommend the closest shade before you order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece is made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for preparation, plus shipping time. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Will I pay customs fees or import duty?
Possibly. Import duties depend on your country's rules and are the buyer's responsibility. Please check your local customs policy if this is a concern.
Can I return my order?
Because each piece is made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. If your item arrives with a defect or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I heat-style or color the hair?
Yes. It's human hair, so you can wash, curl, straighten and color it like your own. Use a heat protectant and keep hot tools under 180°C / 350°F.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Vietnam with tracked delivery.
