Making time

Every piece is made to order. Please allow 10–15 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.

Delivery

We ship worldwide from Vietnam with a tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our workshop. Delivery times after dispatch depend on your country and the carrier.

Customs and import duty

Orders may be subject to import duties or taxes in your country. These are set by your local customs office, are outside our control, and are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

Please double-check your address before ordering. If you need to change it, contact us before your order ships.
