Returns and exchanges

Each piece is made to order in the length, texture and shade you choose, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.

If something is wrong

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn't match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We'll repair, replace or refund the item.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons we can't accept items that have been worn, washed, cut, colored or heat-styled, except where there is a manufacturing defect.

Orders placed on Etsy

Orders placed through our Etsy shop are also covered by Etsy's purchase protection. Contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve any issue quickly.
